I hope you remember me from the cooking demo at the Mt. Kisco library; I am launching a blog about enriching life through the appreciation and exploration of global cultures. I LOVE your book, and have had some rave reviews so far from friends and family. But I would love to chat with you some more about your approach to Indian cooking in the U.S. before trying a few more recipes for my blog.
Would you have some time later this week to chat, or maybe meet in person? I live about 2 minutes from the library, and would be happy to meet you there, at my or your home, or maybe at Little Spice Market for a lassi?
It has taken me a bit longer than I hoped to get to this, and also populating the blog with content prior to launch, but I am hoping to go live within the next 10 days.
